Participants gain valuable learning and work experience, including volunteer opportunities, as outlined in their individualized Person-Centered Plan (PCP). The program follows a defined timeframe with specific, measurable goals for each participant.
Individualized Assessments: We conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each person's strengths, interests, and challenges to develop a personalized career plan.

Day Habilitation Training
This service aims to maximize each participant's potential by focusing on achieving and maintaining their highest level of independence. Day Habilitation services are coordinated seamlessly with any required therapies (physical, occupational, speech, etc.) outlined in the participant's Person-Centered Services and Support Plan. This service excludes vocational activities or generating goods/services for commercial purposes.

Supported Employment offers comprehensive support for individuals with disabilities who require ongoing assistance to secure and maintain competitive, customized, or self-employment in integrated work settings. Participants are compensated at or above the minimum wage, ensuring fair pay aligned with customary wages and benefits offered by employers for similar positions.
Career Planning: This personalized program provides comprehensive planning and support for individuals seeking to obtain, maintain, or advance in competitive employment or self-employment. This time-limited service focuses on career exploration and development through activities such as job shadowing, informational interviewing, skills assessments, labor market research, and goal setting. Ultimately, the program empowers participants to identify an employment objective and a tailored plan to achieve competitive, integrated employment with fair compensation (at or above the minimum wage).
